Are you over social media? I am.

Helping Brands Build Trust

I’m guilty.

I bought into the noise that you have to be on social media - that the health and growth of your brand requires you to use social media.

I hosted workshops, created guides, and scheduled consultations to help people improve the way they use social media for their business…authentically and effectively.

I have held the perspective that you don’t have to be a dancing monkey on social media (I stand by that) and you can use social media as a marketing tool. I still think that’s possible.

However, I can’t escape the overwhelming feeling (shared by every business owner I know) the we are over it! Social media, with its short shelf life and stress-inducing content, has everyone tied in knots.

And more so, it is the exception (not the norm) that businesses can track a valid return on investment through the time, energy, and money they are spending on social media. So now what?

Trust has become the greatest asset online.

Since everyone is over it, today has become the rise of the true expert.

People want to see something and someone real online. They want to connect.

Those have always been the pillars of the services I provide.

In 2026, I’m going to double down on this perspective and help clients move away from the rat race in order to create less for more return.

Here are some highlights:

  • Create your own micro-universe.

  • Demonstrate your authority.

  • Build assets that compound - not disappear next week.

  • Own your algorithm.

I would be happy to talk to you more about making this shift — from pushing content out to a fickle audience to pulling your target audience in with optimized content.

For Example…

The Artist Series is a video series I am producing for The Fusion at Parkville Frame Gallery about Kansas City artists. It gives an insight into their journey, who they are, and what it means to be an artist.

Since its publication at the end of November 2025, this channel has gained over 1500 subscribers, over 50,000 views, and hundreds of comments from people engaging in the topic. And most importantly to The Fusion, people are asking to see and buy the artwork from these artists.

The reason this works is because:

  1. It is targeted to a niche audience.

  2. The content quality stands out.

  3. YouTube’s algorithm connects people who are searching for this content with my videos.
