Bragging On My Client

I often brag about the people I work with.

What I found when I started this business is that there are so many good people in the Kansas City area!

I’ve met wonderful people through the Northland Chamber of Commerce and business contacts. It seems that every time I meet someone new, I’m reminded of how much I love helping these wonderful people meet their goals. Truly. The work I do is for their success.

One of those people is Jason Fewin.

He owns the Parkville Frame Gallery and opened The Fusion art gallery last year. I met him at a Northland Chamber breakfast, and we quickly began talking about improving his digital communications and promoting his business more in the Kansas City area.

It’s always been obvious to me that he’s a nice person and well respected by a lot of people. What I would learn over the next year is how generous and supportive he is of everyone in his sphere - including the artists he features in The Fusion.

Jason has made it his business to promote and grow the presence of Kansas City artists.

His latest effort to do so is through the creation of The Artist Network. This group of local artists come together to talk about and support each other in the business of creating and selling their art. Together they strengthen the efforts of the group’s members as well as work toward the development of the local art scene in the Kansas City metro area.

Though the group is Jason’s brain child, he places the artists at the center and embraces his role to support their work.

He’s also Kansas City’s top framing expert.

The Parkville Frame Gallery is truly the Northland’s leading framing service.

Jason has been in the custom picture framing business for 30 years and loves it. He has worked in both the retail and commercial side of this industry. Jason’s Art degree helps him bring an unexpected level of creativity into his designs.

There is nothing he can’t frame.

As much as I could brag on Jason, he is the first to brag on everyone around him.

He’s quick to give a shout out or make a connection between two people he thinks could benefit from meeting. Jason is the guy you want in your corner, which (I believe) is why he had the largest Northland Chamber grand opening (for The Fusion) I’ve ever seen.

His business is about people. To be completely cheesy, he puts the art in heart. When he promotes local artists and their work, you can bet it’s done with all sincerity and full commitment.

If you haven’t seen what’s going on at the Parkville Frame or The Fusion art gallery, put it on your calendar of things to do. You don’t want to miss this!
